Tori is sitting on a bench, looking absolutely bored. Staying inside her room was getting too boring and training was becoming too mundane and perhaps, she was just waiting for something more interesting to happen. So there she is, sitting on a bench, thinking that maybe spending time outside wouldn’t be so bad after all.
Tea Party
“Ah. I see, well I haven’t been going around I guess.” Shuuji then takes the seat next to her.
“So! Are we just having tea and cakes today?”
“Oh no, I think I’m the one who doesn’t go around much,” Tori mentions. “I don’t know much of what there is to do in camp so I’m usually just in my room when it’s not time to train.”
Tori reaches for and grabs one of the pastries on the table. “Yeah, pretty much. To celebrate another year of my life and my sister’s. Do you happen to have something other than tea and cakes?”
“Eh?! Really, that’s no fun Tori-chan, you should go around! I could show you around if you’d like. There’s a lot of interesting places in the camp! There’s even a hot spring here.” He watches her grab a cupcake on the table, sweets wasn’t really his thing.
“Hm, I don’t really have anything that’d go nicely with tea and cakes.” He says, thinking of the food and drinks he has back at his room. They definitely don’t go well with tea and cakes.
“Oh? I haven’t seen much of the camp, so sure, why not?” Tori says. She didn’t see why not. After all, that would probably keep her away from getting too bored next time.
“You sure you don’t want some?” Tori asks, pointing to the table full of sweets.
Tea Party
Tori turns, surprised to see the white-haired high schooler pop up from behind her.
“Uh…Thanks,” Tori says and accepts the box he was holding out for her, assuming it was a present. “I’m sorry, but you are Tanegashima-san, right?”
“Yes, that’s me☆. Why do I look any different?” Shuuji says with a grin on his face.
Tori shrugs. “I don’t know. I guess it’s because I haven’t seen you around much just yet,” Tori says.
“Ah. I see, well I haven’t been going around I guess.” Shuuji then takes the seat next to her.

“That would be alright,” Tori says. “You can put the pastries on the table.”
Tori could sense Dara’s apprehension and smiles. “You haven’t missed anything, don’t worry.”
“All right. Well..it isn’t much. I’m bad with picking out gifts I must admit..” She sighed as she placed the pastries on table, careful to make sure not to let any of them fall or get crushed.
“Well, I certainly wouldn’t allow myself to feel all right if I missed such an important day!” She laughed, trying to become more easy.
“Thanks for the pastries, by the way,” Tori says. “You can take a seat, you know.”
Tea Party
To Tori, the day started out just right. It was her first time to have to spend her birthday confined in a tennis camp, but she supposed it was alright, since she was with her sister. Everything was always alright when she was with her sister.
For their birthday, the twins had decided on hosting a tea party in the camp’s lounge. The two tried their very best to make the lounge look a little bit cozier than usual, and get the right atmosphere that was just suitable enough for a tea party.
After a while, Tori had gotten tired and ended up flopping down on one of the seats, letting her twin do the rest of the work.
“I’m sorry I’m making you do so much, Touko,” Tori apologized. It wasn’t like she meant to get tired— she just was.
Tori grabbed a package she had sneaked into the lounge and put under one of the tables when she had entered and she offered it to Touko.
“It’s not much,” Tori said, holding out the package for her sister to take. Inside was a CD with her sister’s previous recital pieces burned onto it. “But happy birthday, Touko!”
Shuuji smiles to himself as he picks up the gifts he had just ordered for today’s event. Luckily the coaches allowed him to have things ordered at this time of the year, he picked up a bunch of presents for the girls at the camp and among them was the beautiful twins who played doubles. He bought the both of them a pair of bunny earrings. He slowly made his way to the venue, dressed in a casual manner. It’s been a while since he dressed up for ladies.
He slowly opens the door and sees the older twin relaxing near the chairs he smiles and approaches her from behind. He shows her the box that was for her.
“Happy birthday Tori-chan!” He says, taking a step back so as if she ever stands up in surprise she wouldn’t be able to hit his chin.
Tori turns, surprised to see the white-haired high schooler pop up from behind her.
“Uh…Thanks,” Tori says and accepts the box he was holding out for her, assuming it was a present. “I’m sorry, but you are Tanegashima-san, right?”

Kenya gave his watch a swift glance. It was past 3. He hoped he wasn’t too late and nothing had started yet, as Touko’s message alerted him that the apparently-going-to-be-a tea party was going to start strike at 3. Unfortunately for him, unlike the rest of today’s guests most likely, he had no idea that it was the twins’ birthday until some certain blue-haired cousin brought up the topic. He hadn’t prepared anything except the decently-made, at least he hoped it was, white chocolate Yuushi ‘patiently’ attempted to direct him to make over the past 3 days. With extra 2 days trying to get black blobs off the oven, of course. He really was running out of time when he found out about the birthday, so the only thing he could do was to spare a bit of those baked good for Toori as well. Up to this point, however, he still thought it wasn’t a good idea. Maybe he should just throw the hideous thing away completely.
With a low, almost nervous sigh, he peeked in the door leading to the lounge, trying to identify anyone he could recognize.
“Uhh…….Hey?”
Tori hears someone from the door and immediately turns to see a blonde head peeking through the door.
“Oh…” Tori stares at Kenya, trying to figure out why he was just at the door. “Come in, Kenya-san,” She tells him with a smug look on her face.
There was a hint of surprise on his face when he first saw Toori, even though he already knew she and her sister were the ones who hosted the said party. But still. Wow. When was the last time he had seen her? Must be ages ago! That being said, he couldn’t help but chuckle slightly upon seeing her smug look. He found it offensive in a way, but yet…….familiar? He had to admit that was sort of a sight he’d be searching for when long gone.
“I can’t really give you anything, but well…..” He seemed to be dubious for a second, judging if he really should give her the ‘present,’ no matter the possibility of him embarrassing the heck out of himself, or worse, getting murdered for it. “Happy Birthday.” He gave in anyway, as he handed her the simple wrapped box.
Tori shrugs and accepts Kenya’s gift. She had to be polite, because after all, what reason had she not to be?
“Thanks but what’s in it?” Tori asks, looking skeptical at the simply wrapped box.
Tea Party
“Thank you, Toudou-san,” Touko replies the same as her sister as she receives her gift from Megumi. “The dress looks really nice on you.”

Dara walks around searching for the birthday/tea party her teammates were having to celebrate the twins getting older! Great! She was already late due to taking a nap for too long. Silently, she cursed her bad luck.
“A-Ah! I’m very sorry for being so late everyone!” She burst in, clutching two nearly wrapped presents and a small tray of tea pastries.
“I.. I hope I’m not too late..”
Tori greets Dara with a smile.
“Hello Dara-san!” She says. “You’re not late, not even by the slightest, in all honesty.”
Dara heaved a deep sigh of relief. It was overwhelming to think she had overslept such an important day. After all, she loved birthday parties!
“Do I give you two the gifts now or would you like to wait and ah.. Do you want me to set the pastries down? They are cooled down now so they won’t be hot.. I spent a while making them..” She laughed nervously, her eyes scanning the room for who had shown up.
“That would be alright,” Tori says. “You can put the pastries on the table.”
Tori could sense Dara’s apprehension and smiles. “You haven’t missed anything, don’t worry.”

Tori smiles as she takes her gift from Megumi. It was nice to see someone come in to their party and she had hoped others would continue coming in as well.
“Thank you, Toudou-san!” Tori says. “You’re wearing such a cute dress! Where’d you get it from?”
“Thanks~ I got it from Harajuku. There were quite a lot of them wearing this, I have two more that I brought to camp~ ah! I should give Touko’s present too~” Megumi says as she stood up and gave the present to Touko, also greeting the younger twin a happy birthday.

“Thanks!” Megumi says with a smile, she then wonders back to the seat where she was seated earlier, just watching Touko finish the few details of the party. As much as she wanted to help she didn’t know where to put things and she really didn’t want to do such tedious work. She just sits quietly in her seats, awaiting for the other guests to come in.
